Nutritional Advice

Apparently, you are what you eat. So what are you?

Much as exercise is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, the food we eat is fundamental to our sense of vitality. Rather than obsessively counting calories, it’s much more useful for most people to look at the types of food they eat and drink and how and when they consume them.

Even if you exercise regularly, it’ll be difficult if not impossible to see the results you want if you don’t give your body the fuel it needs. I give my clients regular dietary analysis and advice. With nutritional education and the support to learn new habits, you’ll gain sustainable, long-term changes in your health that will ensure you don’t put weight back on weeks after you’ve lost it the way you will with most yo-yo ‘diets’.
